The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of luminance level on the emotional evaluation from electroencefelography (EEG) data recorded. EEG recordings obtained from 13 healthy individuals were used in the study. Features were obtained from EEG recordings which obtained from 13 different people using discrete wavelet transform. 92.3% of different people's features value in the feature vector obtained from EEG data base of neutral visual stimule in BRIGHT data group to be greater than the ORIGINAL data group were found. This study has an initial research on the issue. In the following study, the difference in luminance level which regions of the brain, frequency and time, it will try to determine what caused the change. The impact of the difference in the luminance level on the emotional evaluation in frequency, time and space plane will continue to be analyzed in more detail.
